Double Girder Overhead Crane With Hook 5~50/10T

1. The QD hook-type bridge crane primarily consists of a bridge girder, main hoist travel mechanism, trolley, and electrical equipment. It is classified into two duty classes—A5 and A6—based on utilization rate and load conditions.
2. The operator cab platform entrance configurations include side entry, end entry, and top entry. The illustration shows a side entry; arrow A indicates an end entry; and the absence of doors denotes a top entry.
3. This diagram shows the operator's cab installed on the left end.
4. The main crane's power supply can utilize either a safety conductor rail or angle steel. It may be positioned either opposite the operator's cab (as shown) or on the same side as the cab.
5. All crane operation controls are performed entirely within the operator's cab.
6. H0 represents the height added by the main crane buffer, with H0 ≤ 250.

Which standard of your crane and crane components apply to?

Our Crane can design and manufacture base on FEM, ISO EN, GB standard.
How do you ensure your product quality?

All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery.
How can I make payment?

We accept T/T bank transfer, Paypal.
How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?

We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.
